Staiger-vs-Arbitrator

My Dark-Heresy-RPG-Group had to live in the city of Volg on Fenk's World for long time, so we developed a little bit background to this dirty place. That guy, who is going to kill the arbitrator is what we call a "staiger". This is an inhabitant of Volg, who learned to handle the "staig" (this long staff with the metal step on it) as a deadly weapon. According to the nearly toxic atmosphere in Volg, the staigers wear gas masks.
